About me
My own life has included a chaotic family background, teenage years with an intensive focus on exercise (I once dreamed of becoming a football player), and a move from Estonia to the Netherlands to study psychology.

The keywords I want to share are curiosity, openness, and a sense of awe. Both as a professional and in my personal life, I draw on meditation to navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world. Professionally, I’ve gained experience in many different fields: retail and horeca jobs alongside my studies, teaching at university, working with people with intellectual disabilities, and social impact consulting—before starting as a psychologist. In my free time, I enjoy reading, I sometimes dabble in writing, and love see the world and learn from different cultures. I like to bring warmth and authenticity to every session, creating a space where you can explore what matters most in your life. With my calm presence and thoughtful approach, I can help you connect with your own inner wisdom and strengths. Through practical exercises and gentle conversation, I can help you make direct contact with your emotions and find clarity in moments of uncertainty. Whether you’re navigating relationships, seeking purpose, or managing everyday stress, my informal style combines structured techniques and exercises for immediate relief and lasting tools that you can carry forward in your life.
